Sitting with Rose as she paints, we are entranced by her deeply present, intuitive way of working.

We find ourselves soothed by the experience and are reminded of the calming sensory videos that are often played on large screens in many of the classrooms.

The idea is formed to make a series of films documenting the children’s processes of painting/drawing/mark making which can then be used as regulating sensory aids in the classroom and at home.
